The following agreements and terms are effective 06 Mar 2025 (change summary for updates in 2025), with the exception of the Privacy Notice which is effective 20 Feb 2026.
1. Master Services Agreement (click here to download)
Applies to the subscribing organization (previously named “Master Subscription Agreement”). This agreement is accepted by the subscribing user on behalf of their organization when the Subscription form is completed.
2. Terms of Use (click here to download)
Applies to all licensed users. This agreement is accepted by each user that you have authorized to access your workspace, upon initial setup of their account.
3. Privacy Notice for Subscribers (click here to download)
Applies to subscribing organization and users. This document outlines our responsibilities for handling the data of our subscribed customers.
4. Trial by Fire Solutions Data Protection Addendum (DPA)
Version 02 Feb 2025, effective when fully executed. Optional to supplement the data protection details noted in the MSA. SCCs incorporated are based on latest SCCs that went into force on 27 June 2021. Instructions are included.
